I'm told by Customer Service the Cafe closes around 6.00pm and yet when 4 Customers asked for Pizza they got "have none" now no other Customers waiting, no queue, place filthy, coffee machines in a right state, it was 4.25pm, do these staff want the business to fall, employ caterers. UPDATE: 14/02/24 Signage does say Cafe open till 18.00 yet when I arrived chairs stacked on tables at 17.00 and at 17.30 cleaner trolley positioned across entrance to deter people from entering and a nasty stare from cleaner to put you off.

Really nice and bright supermarket located on a well equipped retail park. Better than all of the other ASDA shops where I used to live. Has everything you need and more really and seems popular.

I will never shop here again...had booked a Christmas delivery this year. Most of the fresh produce (bread, fruit etc) best by date is before Christmas. This is no accident. Left us short around Christmas. Bad bad bad and feels very sinical of Asda. Don't go

Customer service is none existent. Not entirely sure what the point in the pizza counter is given no matter what time I seem to go nobody can be bothered making a pizza as they're "not serving as they're cleaning" even though they're too busy having a gossip. If the pizzas weren't so tasty(when you can actually get one) I'd never set foot in the place.

Just been into the cherry tree rd store and want to say huge thank you to the lady who was on the George section.The changing rooms were closed but after explaining the situation regarding needing to try an item on -she kindly allowed me to.Unfortunately I didn't get her name-dark hair and glasses)but coming from a BC survivor I can't thank her enough

Always enjoy a random trip to Asda, as it’s not my main supermarket to shop, but recently noticed that the clothes section is really disorganised. Especially the children’s. The boys and girls are so mixed up and all over the place you can’t find anything. Really frustrating.

Again a sign that the supermarket chain if as a shoes no sign of fading and with it vast amounts of ability to buy anything you can possible need plus a friendly staff and a cafe if you fancy a bite to eat. Plus with handicap access for parking it massive and fully stock 5/5 Would definitely recommend

Popped in last week to return an item .. customer services Alison took back my unwanted item and after telling her I wanted to exchange it for a similar item , she stood there tapping away whilst I waited for several mins presuming she was checking if there a replacement was available. But no , after approx 6-6 mins I then asked her if they had found it . She then replied “ oh we don’t do that , that’s for you to look “ . WHY did she not explain this to me from the beginning ?! Further more , the security guard on duty was so rude and bad mannered when I had politely asked him to point me in the right direction to find my item but he was also too busy chatting to the public about how many single mums he had rogered ! Next time I’ll install some manners into him with a good hiding !
